The studio was created out of a desire to provide more effective, thoughtful, and intelligent Pilates and Yoga training, all set in a chic and warm environment. Yoga La Vie is owned by a UAE resident and is proudly committed to our clients, treating and paying our staff and instructors exceptionally well, and to the betterment of our community & environment.
