Upten Bike The Pardus bikes have a frame 5 years warranty. Java, Sunpeed, and Upten bikes have a frame 2 years warranty. The drivetrains depend on the brands' warranty. The tires, inner tubes, cables, and plastic parts do not include a warranty for all bikes. For accessories and parts, you can read our items page descriptions mention the warranty. We don't have home service, all warranties or service requirements will need you to bring your bike to our physical shop or to our warehouse, the warehouse just Google Maps: uaecycle warehouse to let us check the bike and do the warranty. Outside UAE, if the bike quality issue will need you to take photos and videos and send them to us, and if the issue is under warranty, we will send you free parts or exchange them by delivery.
