As I usually like to say, I firmly believe that one of the most defining factors that separate individuals who succeed in Life from those who do not, is the great ability of the former to apply their vision in the clearest way & the capacity to impart their insights to those who matter the most. I was born and grew up in Kalavryta, Greece. A place with a magnificent wealth of tradition & history in various subjects like art, science and cooking. Having a rich set of experiences in fields like hospitality, farming & collecting organic herbs, fruits & other goods, I think that Cooking was engraved in my DNA from the beginning of my life.
