Ritwika grew up in a small town in India sketching, drawing and painting at the age of 5, on floors and aspired to be an artist. Fate had different plans… With a M.Phil. degree in International Trade and Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University, she started her professional life as an economic researcher and pursued a career as a financial journalist. She has also worked in market research and lived in different countries - India, Cyprus, UAE, continuing her love for art. ​ The opportunity to be associated with her lifelong passion emerged while completing her EMBA with SP Jain Dubai. The urge to become an entrepreneur, led her to set up The Palette Art Training and Consultancy with a vision to build an institute to foster arts and design and to help groom others to become artists.
