Shaazia and Abbas Kanchwala opened The PAD Pilates and Dance in 2018 with a combined passion and intention to positively change people’s lives while building a supportive community together. Shaazia is a certified Fletcher Pilates instructor who believes in the power of movement to heal acute or chronic pain, and trains her team of certified instructors to approach clients with empathy and care. Abbas is a Bollywood dance instructor who brings high energy to everything he does. He can make anyone dance, and loves to make people who “think” they can’t dance, to groove in class.
