We curated different styles of Yoga to incorporate the movement that your body needs into your routine. Our yoga styles are a great combination of gentle movements, breath-work, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. From gentle flow, yin yoga to detox yoga, we have options to choose the most suitable for you. My name is Tina and I've been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. I am a certified yoga teacher through YogaFit as well as a certified Personal Trainer through ACE, American Council on Exercise for the past 22 years. I have a B.S. degree in Health Promotion, Fitness Management through Southern Oregon University. I've been practicing an array of fitness and health modalities most of my life and found the love of yoga while teaching fitness classes at a local gym.
