Peter Engmark graduated from The Swedish College of Chiropractic in Sweden in 1995. He practiced as a Chiropractor and CBT Counselor in his own clinic in Sweden until he and his wife Lennie decided to join their daughter in Dubai.Peter has always been interested in the relationship between body-mind-spirit. He has himself lived with long term chronic pain from a major car crash in 1974. Working with his own pain has given him great insight and empathy for people suffering from physical pain and the mental anguish that goes with it. Peter found that along with Chiropractic care, practicing mindfulness meditation has helped him more than any medication could.He was inspired to study a post graduate degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 2006 after working as a counseling therapist for many years. Peter has now also finished a 2 year training in Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy. He now combines Chiropractic care, Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a wonderfully holistic approach to clients suffering from pain, illnesses and disorders of any kind, from the Children."He has developed courses in CBT and Weight loss as well as CBT and Diabetes. He has found group therapy very effective for weight-loss, anxiety and for panic-anxiety disorders.very young till the very old.He now has a Certificate of Completion for the postgraduate work-shop "Working with Mothers, Babies &
