We focus on teaching adults Latin Social dances such as Zouk, Bachata, Salsa, Wedding Dance, and Lambada. We offer training from very beginner to advanced level individually or in a group. If you are not sure which dance suits you, you can do a trial lesson and the instructor will help you make the right choice. Our studio focuses on couple dances since dance is an exchange of energy, a manifestation of true male and female qualities. It is a way of expressing various emotions through the body. It is a physical activity where you do not feel tired, but strengthen your health. You improve blood circulation, strengthen muscles, develop mobility of joints and ligaments, and improve your posture.
