About Soul Dance Studio

We focus on teaching adults Latin Social dances such as Zouk, Bachata, Kizomba and Salsa. We offer training from very beginner to advanced level. Training is possible in groups and individually. If you are not sure which dance suits you, you can do a trial lesson and the instructor will help you make the right choice. Our studio focuses on couple dances, since dance is an exchange of energy, a manifestation of true male and female qualities. It is a way of expressing various emotions through the body. It is a physical activity where you do not feel tired, but strengthen your health. You improve blood circulation, strengthen muscles, develop mobility of joints and ligaments, improve your posture.
