Sheetal is also a Hormone Health specialist and an expert in Emotional Eating in Dubai, UAE. She has experienced personally the pain of losing a loved one early in life to poor health and is now passionate about helping her clients make small but sustainable changes for long term wellbeing. Sheetal has helped her clients to address their hormonal conditions (e.g. PCOS, Thyroid, reproductive disorders) with right food choices leading to reduced medication and even reversal of the condition.
