With the generous blessing of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council – Ruler of Sharjah, may God protect him, the late Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Khayal, God willing, established the Sharjah Charity House Foundation in 1996 AD as a charitable endowment under a Sharia deed issued by the Sharia Court in Sharjah. The foundation was declared by virtue of an Emiri decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, may God protect him. And since the first day, the management of the Sharjah Charity House Foundation has undertaken the task of providing charitable works, inside and outside the country.
