SANAD Owners Association Management is a rapidly growing company with dedicated professionals who bring Owners Association and Property Management experience from Dubai, UAE, Africa, and the Middle East. We started accumulating our UAE experience over three years ago when RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) was established in 2007, being investors / Owners ourselves, we formulated and headed several Interim Owners Associations in Dubai Land and Jumeirah Lake Towers. SANADoam holds experience in owner association management from both Professional and Owner prospective, as a result of working daily with diverse and complex situations.
