As a wholly owned subsidiary of Capstone Investment Group; Rubicons Coffee evolved from the shadows of a group of entrepreneurs in Australia supplying the finest coffee beans, drinks, syrups and food to the industry. Staying true to our roots we decided to venture into establishing a chain of coffee houses to further expand our Capstone’s F&B portfolio across the MENA, GCC, Asia & Indian Sub Continent. Rubicons Coffee is creating a new coffee and chocolate culture. This unique approach of coffee and chocolate fusion is set to change the way individuals consume these two exotic creations. Each item on our menu tells a story of relationships with individuals. Coffee and chocolate are expressed everywhere – in corporate, in family, in music, in design and on our menu.
