At Redwood, we’re very aware the world our children are growing in is changing. The knowledge-based approach prevalent in the education system in most countries and schools is simply inefficient and will fail them. Like it or not, we’re moving into an automated world. The old type of learning has become obsolete since anything that is routine or repetitive will be done by machines. In fact, according to the Mckinsey Global Institute, robots will replace 800 million jobs by 2030. The future doesn’t look bright for children who don’t get ahead of the artificial intelligence workforce that is coming. If we don’t change the way we approach education and teaching, the future generation will suffer. This is the challenge we set ourselves. At Redwood, we believe the solution lies in individual child development. We intend to provide a better future for children by stimulating their rapid learning and growth during the early stages of development and helping them become unique individuals capable of finding success in all walks of life.
