PNC Architects (PNCA) is an independent subsidiary of the Sobha Group. Founded in 2011, the studio operates out of Dubai, UAE, with prestigious projects in various stages of completion spanning the globe, from India, Singapore and throughout the GCC region. Our services range from master planning, architectural design, landscape and interior design, as well as comprehensive engineering services in the residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional sectors.PNC Architects and Interiors are an independent subsidiary with Sobha LLC and currently employ over 55 Architects and designers that are engaged in several large and prestigious residential developments across Dubai. The leadership team is represented by four directors whose collective experience ranges from urban design in London and Sydney. PNC Architects forms the backbone of Sobha LLC complete backward integration model.
