I am a certified Logotherapist and work as a Life Coach and Mentor to individuals and companies seeking an understanding of the "Meaning" of life. As a mental wellness activist, my goal is to share knowledge about Logotherapy, exchange experiences of real life instances that can inspire, motivate and encourage others dealing with the subject to come forward and openly talk and seek help, in areas of mental health.
