RJ, as he is fondly referred to, the owner of the Nawab string of restaurants has only one principle to live by when it comes to his food. 'It's got to be memorable'. And thats what Chef Avi and his specialised team of food artists have achieved. Every item has been carefully created to leave a lasting impression on your mind and yet be healthy. We take care to choose our ingredients and fresh produce diligently. We think, half our job is done when we do that. The other half comes from meticulous recipe drafting and endless tasting sessions. Perhaps thats why Chef Avi is on the heavier side of things.
