The birth of the National Charitable Schools was in 1983 during the era of the late Sheikh / Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, may God have mercy on him. When the Council of Ministers directives were issued, government schools were limited to the children of government workers. Aware of the philanthropists in this benevolent country of the importance of facilitating access to education in the country, the Council of Parents of the Dubai Educational Zone headed by businessman His Excellency Juma Al Majid inaugurated private charitable schools: assistance to low-income female channels who work in the private sector and cannot afford the costs of studying in private schools, At that time, the buildings of two schools of the Ministry of Education in Dubai were used. We were the nucleus of the birth of private schools in December 1983. At the beginning of the establishment of these schools, teachers were assigned to the staff of the Ministry of Education with additional financial rewards. With the development of private charitable schools and the importance of their service to the community in its various channels, and with the moral and material support of the founder of these schools, His Excellency Juma Al Majid, the schools' philosophy crystallized in three holistic concepts that control the schools' life: expansion, diversity, and inclusiveness. These concepts dealt with the two trends: qualitative and quantitative, and at all levels, as the school service extended to those of education age from the first basic grade to the twelfth grade in the scientific and literary sub-sections, and it also dealt with all popular groups, as they were given their natural right to education by the requirements of the Ministry of Education. In addition to that, these concepts tended in terms of application to keep pace with modern developments that the United Arab Emirates is keen on.
