One of the city’s oldest nature parks, you are in for quite a different experience to the normally perfectly manicured city parks. Busy on winter weekends, the park is popular for family gatherings and barbeques. You will find a huge range of facilities from bike tracks to sports fields, camel and horse riding, a model house display village, a children’s games area, playgrounds, restaurants even a miniature train service. There are also public swimming pools for men, women and children (additional charge) and Aventura Parks, a ziplining course through the Ghaf forest.
