Ms. Sana Khalid is a DHA – Licensed Nutritionist with experience in the management of lifestyle disorders like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart issues, obesity and other disorders that affect human health. Her specialisation is in Maternal & child health, which includes nutrition for pregnancy-related concerns like PCOD, gestational diabetes, inborn errors of metabolism in newborns, weight management for new-mothers, among others. Her experience in the last 4 years has involved nutrition therapy and lifestyle management for Diabetes as a specialist in Diabetes Education. Management of blood sugars with latest in technology is her current forte. Providing a holistic plan to help achieve optimal diabetes control is her approach to achieve successful health outcomes. Providing corporate health, wellness, health talks, webinars and virtual diet sessions have all been a part of her over all work experience.
