Modern Bakery In 1975 Modern Bakery opened its doors with 80 employees to provide the region with Arabic Bread, Buns, Rolls, specialty breads, and sweets. Over the past 40 years, Modern Bakery has grown to become one of the largest commercial bakers in the UAE, known for serving high-quality, great-tasting, and affordable food. Today, Modern Bakery is the largest bakery in the UAE, however, it remains family-fun We have a workforce of over 1,500 people and the capacity to produce 1 million buns and rolls alone every day. From ​197​4 onwards Modern Bakery has grown with a precise goal of being the market leader in the production of Bread, Pastries, and Snacks.
