Located within the luxurious five-star surrounding of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, Mekong features authentic East Asian recipes. Mekong restaurant presents a culinary journey infused with Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese street food traditions. Inside, diners are greeted by an eclectic mix of colourful windows, roofing and ornaments. The pillars in the centre of the restaurant replicate a giant lamp base, while the wall of golden bells adds to the unique feel of Mekong. The outside terrace keeps its quirky aesthetic by replacing dining chairs with samlor (rickshaw) bicycle seats to sit in. There is also a private dining room for more intimate celebrations. Enjoy the incredible vista from Palm Jumeirah and choose from regional specialties such as som tam mala kor with crispy soft shell crab. Grilled chicken and Chengdu spiced lamb are also available. The desserts take a new twist on classics, like caramel palm sugar and Pandan creme brûlée.
