Chef Paco Sanchez was on holiday in Dubai when the city went into lockdown in 2020. Due to travel restrictions, he could not go back to Spain. He spent his time cooking with his friends at BOCA in DIFC and fell in love with the city and its people. Paco decided to stay and open La Taperia, bringing you Spanish tapas, rice dishes and more right to your doorstep: from the classic Pimientos del Padrón to Tortilla De Patata, Calamares a la Romana and Los Huevos Rotos among many more.
