Founded in 2010, Kcal has paved the way for healthy eating in the UAE. We have built a destination for simple, accessible, healthy food because we believe the choices we make about what we eat and how it’s prepared should be available to everyone. Our goal is to leave a lasting impression on the community, leaving it better than we found it. That’s why we cook from scratch, we never use preservatives or additives and make sure that everything we do focuses on you. Our menu is an encyclopedia of international flavors, filled with calorie-controlled dishes, inspired by our multicultural hometown of Dubai. Our mission is, and always has been simple: to make the world a better place through wholesome, tasty food and outstanding service. We get whole vegetables, whole fruits, and whole grains delivered to our kitchen every day. Our team dices, slices, spices, and roasts in-house because food tastes better when it’s made fresh. With recipes conceptualized by our expert nutrition team and cooked up by talented chefs using only the freshest ingredients in our HACCP and ISO 22000 certified kitchen, we strive to deliver high-quality meals 365 days a year.
