In 2019, Jashanmal relaunched its brand and integrated in-store technology to create a better and seamless customer experience. Aside from revamping the retail website, Jashanmal reopened one of its stores replete with tablets and touch screens for an elevated and immersive digital experience. Sales associates and customers alike are now able to access product catalogs online and in-store. From a single shop in 1919, we have built and nurtured our homegrown brands – Jashanmal Home, Jashanmal Bookstore, and Jashanmal Travel; where we offer a great selection of home items, latest reads, classic and trendy travel bags and accessories to suit every style. ​ We provide an omnichannel experience to our customers for a bespoke and seamless shopping experience. From brick-and-mortar stores to our e-commerce site, we ensure our customers can shop at their convenience – anytime, anywhere. To merge our offline and online services, we have a click-and-collect service for customers who prefer to shop online and pick up their purchased items in-store.
