Rehana Edison, face and founder of Ishvara Dhrishti, is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher brings more than 15 + years of personal yoga and meditation practice, therapy training and study of yoga philosophy into her teaching. Also known for her accessibility, humour, and ability to empower her students through her message, how we can take the practice “off the mat. I have worked for some years as a therapist and has a huge fascination with the human psyche. Through my spiritual studies (including the Clarity Process) and application of this knowledge in my daily life, I found that old conditionings are what hold us back from experiencing the reality of the present moment as it really is. It is this learning that I have brought into all my teachings.
