IAS was established in 2013 in Dubai by Mostafa A. Elrefaey, a hands-on professional who has been working in the fields of accounting, auditing, tax advisory, consultation and business transformation services for two decades, covering a total of 20 years in the Gulf region and 17 years in Dubai. The team at IAS comprises of skillful individuals who are ACCA-qualified professionals, and diploma holders in VAT, IFRS and business strategy. Alongside their focus on traditional service solutions, they emphasize on the demands of today’s complex corporate world in which modern businesses are asked to be more accountable and transparent.
