About Institute of Applied Technology - ATHS SHJ

Our aim is to develop lifelong learners who are prepared with the 21st century skills needed to excel at the university, in a career, and in life. We focus on the UAE’s mission of quality teaching and school administration. We take pride in sustaining and promoting Islamic values and national pride with daily assembly with Quran readings and the national anthem. Daily school prayer time is held to reinforce the important balance between secular and religious training. We are focused on creating an environment of learning where all students receive world class instruction from highly qualified dedicated professionals that are willing to differentiate instruction and use technology to educate all students. Students are allowed to learn by using hands on experiences, participate in competitions and the use of student-centered classroom instruction. Our curriculum is standards aligned, rigorous and challenging but will prepare students for university and employment in high tech, innovative and cutting-edge industry.
