The Human Relations Institute & Clinics (HRIC) was founded in Dubai, UAE, in 1990 by Dr. Raymond Hamden, in affiliation with the Washington, D.C. facility, and has become one of the leading mental health service providers for individuals and businesses across the region. In 2016, clinical psychologists Sabine Rizk and Dr. Thoraiya Kanafani acquired the clinic bringing their extensive experience in multiple areas of psychology having worked extensively in providing personal and organizational mental health services across the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, and North America.
