The Moscow Hotel in Deira isn’t the sort of place you’re going to seek out. But if you find yourself stranded on the Al Maktoum Road near the Clock Tower and in need of a beverage, then Hero’s Sports Bar will suffice. The hotel looks quite grand when you walk in, with its red-carpeted staircase and ornate, Russian-inspired decor. Hero’s is at the top of the staircase, and could be missed if you’re not paying attention. The choice of beverages is pretty standard. Due to its small size, Hero’s can get quite lively when its busy, which is the best time to visit.
