Soon after, Habib and his wife started making any cold Mezza dish you can imagine, from Shanklish and Hommos to their famous homemade kibbeh and Lebanese pastries. We have preserved Habib’s 40 years of experience in developing recipes and wish to share his knowledge with the world. His 40-year journey made him the guardian of traditional flavors and cuisine. Visitors all over Lebanon came to buy his products and enjoy the authentic Lebanese dining experience. That is why we decided to develop Habib Beirut’s concept in UAE, KSA, Oman, Sulaymaniyah and Lebanon bringing out Habib’s tasteful recipes from his kitchen in Lebanon to the world. We visited Habib’s house and learned the exclusive secrets to his recipes. He particularly taught us how to add the extra dashes of love and care needed while preparing each dish and presenting it with a smile to channel the authentic experience people are accustomed to, for a simple act of kindness makes a monumental difference.
