Due to the adjustability of the resistance, the lat pull-down is often used instead of the pull-up. There are eight essential exercises that should be included in your resistance training program: Squat, deadlift, power clean, bench press, reverse bent over row, pull-ups, military press, and dips. The squat and deadlift are the two most important exercises to be included.
