Sometimes in life, when we are faced with an enormous challenge, the hardest part is taking that very first step. A few years ago, The Gems Of Yoga ,Yoga Center chose to take that step – to begin a new journey as starting to teach A Yoga Teacher Training Program with 3 intakes a year apart from Yoga sessions at the studio and its outreach program of yoga @ home. Following my dream and continuing to grow this beautiful community of yoga, The Gems Of Yoga Teacher Training Program at Gems Of Yoga,Yoga Studio was born. At times the task seemed too overwhelming, but each new step built momentum, and little by little, things started falling into place. As in any business there are things that need to be done. Some of these changes you’ll see immediately, others will occur over time.
