Executive Tower L is located in the commercial hub of Dubai, Business Bay. It is a 45-storey residential building developed by Dubai Properties. Located near Sheikh Zayed Road, it is one of the 12 buildings of Executive Towers, out of which 10 are residential, one is a commercial building known as Aspect Tower and the last one is The Taj Hotel. Construction of this building started in 2005 and completed in 2009. The building offers studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments. Business Bay is home to numerous residential and commercial skyscrapers and also houses different high-end hotels including JW Marriot Marquis and The Oberoi. Communities like Jumeirah and Dubai Design District are located close to the area.
