About Eden House

The multipurpose complex consists of Bright Start and H&H Offices and residential apartments. The project is sited at the Satwa mixed-u redevelopment zone, behind the Sheikh Zayed Road business central. The design concept is initiated from the Arabian traditional courtyard house and fort design ideas. A programmatic solid mass podium is looping along the setback as a continuous ribbon and generates a large and open landscaped internal courtyard. The residential tower is positioned as a linear mass across the ribbon podium between the internal courtyards above ground. This allows the courtyard continuously running below the tower and creates a more extensive open space and permeability between different programs and function within the plot.
