Dr. Hesham Al-Khateeb is a fellowship-trained hip and knee surgeon specializing in complex primary and revision hip and knee replacements and sports injuries. He completed his training in London on the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore rotation as well as the internationally renowned Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the University of Western in Canada. Notably, Dr. Hesham Al-Khateeb was the winner of the NHS innovation award in 2007. The award was for creating: The Guard for bone collection. The guard is arranged to receive the end of a bone that is due to be reshaped or undergo any other procedure that produces fragments of the bone.
