About Dr. Ben Culhane

Most of us have experienced trauma or powerful life stressors at some point in our lives. And when we do, it’s common to feel lost or even powerless, like we have no control. My life’s work and passion is to guide people who have experienced these life stressors and traumas to a place of empowerment and clear choice in their lives. Whether it is an individual or a couple struggling, I help my clients work through how these experiences have affected them emotionally, psychologically, and relationally to come to a healthy self-perception and strengthen their sense of well-being and their relationships.
