He is board certified ophthalmologist who graduated in 1992. He has a Double fellowship of the anterior segment and posterior segment from Queen Victoria Hospital in the UK. He is one of the Laser and Corneal Graft surgery pioneers in the region. He has done thousands of Lasik, Phaco, Glaucoma, Retina, and oculoplastic surgery operations. He is an expert in ptosis surgery and other oculoplastic surgeries. He has top of the notch Laser machine for correction of refractive errors including myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. He presented a lot of articles in different fields of ophthalmology in the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and International Society of Keratorefractive Surgery (ISCRS) including
