We are proud Mexicans, who are almost a decade away from home and continuously longing for real Mexican cuisine, we decided to contribute to the multiculturalism of this amazing City and share with you our real culture and culinary heritage. Founded in mid-October 2021, Copala is piloted by a dream team who live by a diehard daringness to be different, whilst staying true to its roots and background. To offer a story akin to being literally in Mexico but in the middle of our beloved Dubai. We comfortably seat and feed over 40 people. The COPALA team is a family, available whenever you need them for anything and with a genuine smile, removing the waiter vibe of hospitality.
