CONSORTIO INTERNATIONAL Consortio International was established in 2006 in Dubai as an Architecture + Engineering Consultancy. Since then Consortio has evolved to an integrated Development Management, Project Management, Design and Engineering Consultancy firm with an international experience and reach. Consortio now operates from 4 international offices located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Skopje and Marbella.
