Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport for female participants only and is regarded as an elegant and beautiful sport. It comprises a combination of dance and gymnastic movements while using a variety of apparatus. For example: ropes, hoops, balls, clubs & ribbons can be used for different effects. For gymnasts, competitors perform on the competition mat, which has a size of 13m by 13m. While performing, routines utilize music along with a set of gymnastic movements that demonstrate flexibility and coordination.
