Chicboy Inasal Restaurant, incorporated last January 2019 is a fast-food concept restaurant company. We now own and operate 3 branches in the UAE. Our outlets are located in Al Ghurair Center, Mall of Emirates, and City Center Sharjah. Our flagship specialty menu is chicken inasal. Inasal is an Ilonggo term meaning chargrilled that originated in the city of Bacolod, Philippines. This dish uses secret ingredients for its marinade and basting sauce that create a unique flavor. Key to this unique flavor is coconut vinegar and calamansi which gives it the distinct taste & smell that only an authentic Bacolod chicken inasal is known for. The smoke flavor added by cooking the chicken in a hot charcoal grill imbibes the marinade and makes the dish tastier.
