BoxIQ is an elite boxing gym and fitness centre which focuses on intelligent boxing training and promotes the idea of a more holistic approach to becoming a fighter. This is achieved using tried and tested training methods.Advanced and experienced coaching is offered to all abilities, from novices to elite boxers (amateur and professional) where clients work on the basic fundamentals of boxing, all the way to advanced techniques covering all aspects of boxing training as well as boxing-specific strength and conditioning.BoxIQ’s head coach and founder Joe Ackary has been involved in the sport for many years, where he has dedicated his time to developing and advancing his coaching methods.This year has seen the opening of BoxIQ’s world-class facility in Al Quoz Dubai, which offers clients the opportunity to train with high-end boxing equipment.
