This was all about to change when I was introduced to my first Bikram class in 2010 by my daughter Jessica. After just one class I was hooked! Gradually my flexibility improved, I felt strong and healthy. Not only this but Bikram has helped me so much in dealing with all the stresses that everyday life seems to throw at us, whatever your age. After practicing passionately almost every day (true addiction), for three years whilst living in Jakarta, Indonesia, I completed my Bikram teacher training along with Jessica in 2013. Upon graduating, I taught at the studio in Jakarta, very strange to be teaching fellow students but with so much support and love in the class, one big Bikram family.
