Barca Academy is the official academy of FC Barcelona, ​​a school of life that trains people through football, offering comprehensive training to its students, to grow as sportspersons as well as human beings, with its own unique school model, based on the Barça methodology. The Barca Academy is aimed at boys and girls from six to eighteen years old, following and replicating the game model established in the FC Barcelona coaching teams: the “Barca style”. The main objective of the project is to extend the Barça brand to the rest of the world by transmitting the Club's work philosophy, with a proactive, collective, and creative style of play, and through the values of respect, effort, ambition, teamwork, and humility.
