The beloved ice cream brand originates from a long line of family descendants and has now become everyone’s favorite fueled by passion, commitment, and continuity at the core of its ethos. The story began in 1936 in the town of Bikfaya, Lebanon when brothers, Maurice and Edward Bachir who espoused two sisters, Marie-Antoinette and Yvette Bejjani started making ice cream cones in just the backyard of their house. Bachir Ice cream has grown with over 50 stores worldwide, from Lebanon to Brazil and France, and finally arriving to the food paradise, UAE. The authentic, rich, and luscious flavours promise to take you on a trip down memory lane reminiscing childhood days with family and friends.
