A former amateur boxer himself, the founder wanted to help normal, everyday people enjoy the excellent strength and fitness levels characteristic of the active boxer.The Club provides a range of activities that depend largely on free weights,bodyweight exercises, boxing for fitness, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Personal Training and Group Classes for Adults, Teens and Kids.
