This is to reach the management of the hotel, your receptionist Mr. Dalam is extremely rude and inconvenient to speak to. After calling several times and requesting to either connect to the management or housekeeping or maintenance department of your hotel he said he cannot and to speak to him only which I do not believe is possible as the matter doe snot concern him. He is extremely rude, has no shame, and is very unhelpful. When asked if he could connect me to anybody else in the hotel as I knew he is not helping me contact the right person in the hotel he said he is apparently THE ONLY person working in the hotel which is outrageous.
