Nasyam treatment is an Ayurvedic treatment that involves instilling herbal oils, liquids, or powders into the nose to clear the 'kapha' dosha from the upper body. Udwarthanam is a body toning treatment in which a mixture of specific herbal powder and oil is applied to the entire body to alleviate obesity and strengthen the body.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I am receiving during my treatment for the stress management. The treatment facilities at the centre are excellent with professional Doctors and well mannered therapists. The medicated hot oil massage which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating followed by steam bath which complete the session and makes feel refreshing.
