About All Things Mochi

Our story starts in 2013, when founder and designer Ayah Tabari launched Mochi, an artisanal fashion brand inspired by her love of colour, beautiful fabrics and traditional methods of embroidery. Our mission is to offer accessible avant-garde, sustainably made clothes to the modern-day woman. We design and create seasonless, contemporary, and beautifully crafted clothes. Contributing in our own way to a better world. We mostly work with deadstock materials and pieces from previous collections, and combine that creativity with vintage classics, sourced from all over the world. To prevent overproduction and to reduce waste, our collections are produced in small quantities, making them all the more special.
